After completing the forms below and returning them to your Windstream trusted advisor, start referring Windstream to your customers! When they sign up for service, you’ll get a one-time payment equal to amount of total bill. Earn up to $1,500 for every new customer!

How to become a Windstream SMB Authorized Vendor

Follow the instructions below to complete your enrollment as an Authorized Vendor.

  1. Complete these (5) forms:
  2. Provide the completed forms back to your Windstream trusted advisor.

What happens next?

  1. Start referring new SMB’s to your Windstream trusted advisor.
  2. Receive updates from your Windstream trusted advisor on the status of your referral(s).
  3. Upon installation of new services, your referral will be submitted for payout.
  4. You will receive payment within 60 days of the new SMB service being installed.
